Krisjanis Grinspons has a professional bachelor's degree and professional engineering qualification in Civil Engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte. They have held various roles in companies such as Primekss, SIA YIT, AS Ceļuprojekts, and SIA HC Betons, with titles ranging from Concrete laboratory technician to Material Development Manager. Currently, they serve as the PrīmX Material Development Manager and Concrete Quality Technical Manager at Primekss.
