Rahul Yadav has worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Primus Software Corporation since December 2017. Prior to this, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Unica Group, Inc from December 2016 to December 2017. Rahul also has experience as an IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from March 2015 to December 2016. In these roles, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Rahul also had experience screening profiles, judging candidate communication and suitability, and working with various end clients, including Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, and state clients.
