Anamika Deb Roy is an accomplished public policy professional with extensive experience in policy advocacy, research, and strategic communications. As the AVP of Public Policy at Primus Partners India since November 2023, Anamika previously served as a Consultant at UNDP and held the position of Senior Manager at Chase India, where integrated policy advocacy strategies were developed. Anamika's tenure as Chief Minister's Urban Leader Fellow at the Government of NCT of Delhi involved delivering insights on various policy issues and contributing to significant initiatives such as a post-COVID economic recovery plan. With a background in academia as an Assistant Professor at Jamia Millia Islamia, Anamika focused on gender and environmental issues while also leading impactful research projects on discrimination against women from North East India. Anamika's expertise further extends to consultancy roles, including work with IUCN, where concept development for dialogues on water ecosystems was accomplished.
