Willie De-Souza, PMP has a diverse work experience history in the field of project management. Willie is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Primoris Renewables LLC since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Primoris Services Corporation starting from May 2023. In addition, they also served as the Director of Construction at Primoris Services Corporation from August 2020 to May 2023. Before joining Primoris, Willie worked at Wood as a Project Director from October 2019 to August 2020 and as a Project Manager from March 2017 to August 2020. Willie started their career as a Field Engineer at Amec Foster Wheeler in December 2011 and worked there until August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Field Engineer at Aevenia from August 2010 to December 2011.

Willie De-Souza, PMP completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead from 2005 to 2010.
