Lee Ritholtz has a diverse work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and engineering. They started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at SUNY in 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Graduate Hardware Engineering Co-Op at Lockheed Martin, where they gained experience in FPGA design for radar control and signal processing hardware.

In 2009, Lee joined Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, initially as a Radar & Electronic Warfare Engineer, where they worked on multiple radar and electronic warfare projects. They were also a member of the Engineering Leadership Development Program. In 2011, they became the Principal Investigator of a rapid prototyping team at the LM Skunk Works division, focusing on the applications of artificial intelligence for unmanned aerial systems. Their work involved applying machine learning to software defined radio, electro-optical/infrared cameras, and radar for next-generation electronic warfare and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance payloads.

Lee then moved to Sikorsky in 2018, where they were the Chief Architect of Artificial Intelligence. In this role, they utilized their expertise in AI to contribute to the company's projects.

In 2019, Lee joined Lockheed Martin again, this time as the Director & Chief Architect of Applied Artificial Intelligence. They held this position until 2021, where they were responsible for leading and overseeing the development and implementation of AI solutions.

In April 2021, Lee Ritholtz co-founded Primordial Labs and assumed the position of CEO. Primordial Labs focuses on developing Anura, a Tactical AI Assistant that empowers warfighters to effectively utilize complex systems.

Lee Ritholtz has a strong educational background in the field of engineering. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Binghamton University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from 2007 to 2009.

In 2010, Lee Ritholtz continued their academic journey at Cornell University, where they completed a Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Lee Ritholtz also holds a certification as a Control Account Manager (CAM) Certified from Lockheed Martin, which they obtained in January 2013.
