Director, Learning & Development at Primo Water

Tami Krebs, MEd, CPTD® has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Tami currently holds the position of Director, Learning & Development at Primo Water Corporation, where they began their role in September 2022. Prior to their current position, Tami served as the Organizational Development & Learning Manager at BayCare Health System from March 2020 to October 2022.

Tami's previous experience includes strategic roles in talent development at Raymond James, where they worked from 2016 to 2020. During their time at Raymond James, they collaborated with HR Business Partner teams and business leadership to implement various development strategies such as leadership and professional development, succession planning, change management, and associate engagement. Tami also played an active role in supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at the organization.

Prior to their time at Raymond James, Tami worked as a Talent Management Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach at Shine Bright-er Talent Solutions from 2015 to 2017. Tami also held various leadership roles in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and learning and development at Granite Services, Inc. from 2007 to 2015.

Before their tenure at Granite Services, Tami worked as a Training Consultant at BVG Incorporated in 2008 and as the Manager of Learning & Performance Improvement at CCS Medical from 2005 to 2006. Tami also served as a Corporate Trainer at MP TotalCare from 2003 to 2005, where they led training initiatives for a large number of employees across multiple locations.

Tami began their career in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where they worked as a Training Officer, Senior HR Analyst, and HR Management Trainee from 1999 to 2002. In these roles, they conducted needs assessments, designed and delivered training programs, provided distance learning coordination, and offered change management consultation for over 1500 employees.

Overall, Tami Krebs has demonstrated a strong background in learning and development, with experience across various industries and a proven track record of successfully implementing training programs and initiatives.

Tami Krebs, MEd, CPTD®, obtained their Master of Education degree in Training & Development from Penn State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Before that, they attended Towson University from 1996 to 1997, where they focused on Counseling Psychology. Prior to their time at Towson, Tami completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, studying from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their academic achievements, Tami Krebs has acquired several certifications over the years.
