Tami Krebs, MEd, CPTD®, serves as the Director of Learning and Development and Talent Management at Primo Water Corporation, where responsibilities include creating strategies for learning, leadership development, and talent management. Previously, Tami led a team at BayCare Health System to implement organizational development interventions for approximately 30,000 team members. Tami has held various leadership roles in talent development at Raymond James and Granite Services, focusing on succession planning, change management, and performance management. Tami's earlier experience includes consulting, coaching, and corporate training roles across multiple organizations and industries, with a strong foundation in instructional design and development, supported by degrees in Training & Development and Psychology from respected universities.
