Oshin Harootoonian has extensive experience in civil engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as CEO of Primex Clinical Laboratories since January 1996. Prior to this position, Oshin was a City Commissioner for the City of Los Angeles from October 2011 to October 2018. Oshin also held the role of Senior Plan Review Engineer for the City of Beverly Hills from February 1994 to January 1996 and worked as a Plan Check Engineer for the City of Los Angeles from January 1988 to January 1994. Oshin Harootoonian holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
