Rafael Lopes has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Coordenador de RH at PrimeUp since June 2010, where responsibilities include managing HR processes, implementing HR software, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing recruitment and selection. Previous roles at PrimeUp include Analista de Recursos Humanos and Assistente de Recursos Humanos, focusing on personnel management and payroll processes. Rafael began their career in psychology through various internships, including roles at the Serviço de Psicologia Aplicada da PUC-Rio and UFRJ, specializing in psychotherapy and psychological assessments. Rafael holds an MBA in Gestão e Recursos Humanos and a postgraduate degree in Psicologia Clínica from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, as well as a degree in Psicologia from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
