João Felipe Santos Condack has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the COO and Consultant at PrimeUp since November 2004, where significant revenue growth has been achieved while serving major companies. Between January 2008 and December 2018, João acted as a Researcher and Project Consultant at PUC-Rio, teaching various postgraduate courses and providing advisory services to public sector university partners. Earlier in a role as a System Analyst at PUC-Rio from 2002 to 2004, João developed a CMS solution using Java and migrated it to Microsoft technology. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Informatics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, an MBA from Ibmec, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution.
