Adam Pechanek

Director of Customer and Application Support at PrimeRevenue

Adam Pechanek has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Adam started their career in 2005 as a Reviewer at PC World and then worked as a Retail Sales Intern and Computer Technician at MERIT GROUP a.s. from 2007 to 2009. Adam joined Renault in 2009 as an IT Support Junior and Helpdesk.

In 2012, Adam joined PrimeRevenue as an IT Administrator in the Prague office, where they worked until 2014. Adam then transitioned to the role of System Operations Network Engineer in 2015, followed by Level 2 Support in 2016 and Application Support Lead from 2018 to 2021.

Adam's most recent role at PrimeRevenue was Manager of Application Support and Solution Engineering, where they worked from March 2021 to September 2021. Adam then took on the role of Director of Customer and Application Support in September 2021, where they are responsible for defining the department's strategy, processes, and budget. Adam represents their team in higher management meetings and oversees a team of 10 direct reports located in the US, Czechia, and Hong Kong.

Adam Pechanek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague from 2007 to 2010. Adam then pursued an Engineer's degree in Information Systems and Management from the same university from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including AtomSphere Integration Cloud™ Certification - Integration Developer II and Integration Developer I from Dell Boomi in 2017 and 2016 respectively. Adam also completed the Leadership Academy from EDUA Group in 2016 and achieved the TOEIC® - Test of English for International Communication certification from ETS Global B.V. in 2015.
