Kimberly Gerdes has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Kimberly started as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Towson University in 2008 and later became a Graduate Research Assistant. At the same university, they also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

In 2009, Kimberly transitioned to a sales role as a Small Business Sales Representative at T-Mobile, where they focused on selling cellular products and providing technology-based solutions to small businesses in Baltimore County, Maryland. Kimberly then moved on to work for AT&T as a Small Business Specialist, where they provided consultative solutions and exceptional customer service to small to mid-sized business owners.

In 2014, Kimberly joined Paychex as a Small Business Payroll Consultant, assisting small business owners with fully-integrated payroll, HR, and compliance-related services. Kimberly later became a Senior Financial Services/Benefits Account Representative at Independent School Management in 2016, where they consulted with private school administrators nationwide and abroad, selling software products and educating them on financial aid and tuition management solutions.

Most recently, Kimberly worked as a Senior Sales Executive specializing in payroll, HR, and compliance services at PrimePay. Kimberly'srole involved helping clients with various employee management services and compliance products.

Throughout their career, Kimberly has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to personalized client service and has gained extensive knowledge in payroll, HR, and compliance services.

Kimberly Gerdes completed their education history as follows:

- From 2010 to 2013, they attended Towson University and obtained a Master's degree in Molecular Biology.

- Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, they also attended Towson University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Molecular and Environmental Biology.

- Before their time at Towson University, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Harford Community College, where they studied Environmental Science.

- Kimberly Gerdes completed their secondary education at C. Milton Wright Senior High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a diploma in General Studies.

Alongside their educational degrees, Kimberly Gerdes also holds a Pool Operator License, which they obtained from the American Red Cross in May 2013.
