Marc Downey has had a diverse work experience. Marc began their career at Dendrite, where they served as an Account Manager from March 1997 to December 2003. Marc then moved on to StayOnline, where they worked as a Help Desk Supervisor from August 2004 to August 2006. Following that, they joined TSYS Debt Management as an Operations Manager from August 2006 to June 2008. Currently, they are working at Prime Technological Services, where they started as an Information Technology Manager in August 2008 and is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology starting from December 2021.

Marc Downey attended the University of West Georgia from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Bremen High School.
