Gladys C. Conde's work experience includes various positions in different companies. Gladys C. started their career as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Philippine Culture, Ateneo de Manila University in 1999. Gladys C. then worked as a Marketing Executive at Direct Leeds from 2000 to 2001. After that, they worked as an Account Executive at Blue Cross Group of Companies for a brief period of time. Gladys C. joined AXA Philippines as a Financial Executive from 2001 to 2003. Gladys C. then moved to Generali Philippines, where they held the positions of Senior Financial Advisor from 2004 to 2006 and Area Sales Manager from 2007 to 2015. Gladys C. also worked at Marsh Philippines, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President from 2015 to 2016 and as Head of Corporate Office Division at PRIME Philippines from 2016 onwards.

Gladys C. Conde obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from the University of the Philippines, Diliman in 1999. In 2009, they attended the Registered Financial Planner Institute and obtained certification as a Registered Financial Planner, specializing in Financial Planning Process, Time Value of Money, Investment Planning, Tax Planning, and Estate Planning. Prior to their university education, Gladys studied at Saint Mary's College of Quezon City from 1990 to 1994, and earlier, at Diliman Preparatory School from 1984 to 1990. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Registered Financial Planner from the Registered Financial Planners Institute in 2009.
