Rasika Udayanga serves as the Chief Information Technology Officer at Prime Lands since September 2020, managing IT operations across various group entities in Sri Lanka's real estate sector. With a focus on digital transformation, Rasika has successfully implemented automation and expanded SAP utilization, leading to significant operational cost reductions. Prior to this role, Rasika was the Head of Information Technology at Bellvantage (Pvt) Ltd, ensuring secure and available ICT services for a diverse client base. Additional experience includes managerial and engineering positions at Focus Computers and BellVantage, alongside previous roles in customer care and software engineering at Lanka Bell. Rasika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems Management from the University of Colombo and various IT-related qualifications from other institutions.
