Melissa Kline is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and HR management across multiple healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Prime Healthcare since September 2022, Melissa has previously held roles as Human Resources Manager at Lehigh Regional Medical Center and HR Director at a skilled nursing facility. Additional experience includes HR positions at Five Star Senior Living, Comfort Keepers, and StatesideBPO, where Melissa developed strong skills in employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and training. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Geneva College and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Butler County Community College.
