Previously, O'Leary was Managing Director at VALUEAXIS LTD, providing consultancy for the bio-pharmaceutical and healthcare technology industries, and held roles at Jazz Pharmaceuticals and Double Helix Consulting, where strategic decision-making in the Pharma space was emphasized. Earlier experience includes various leadership positions at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities encompassed portfolio strategy, pricing, and market access. O'Leary holds a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacy from De Montfort University.
