Owen Lacsamana, ME, is an experienced Operations Engineer with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and engineering sectors. Currently at Prime Energy Resources Development since November 2022, Owen excels in roles such as Vertical Relief Operations Team Lead and Control Room Operator, implementing safe and efficient operations on the Malampaya Offshore Production Platform. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Shell Oil Company, where Owen held similar responsibilities and developed safety and operational protocols. Earlier roles include positions at CPD Engineering Company, Westpoint Industrial Mills, and Universal Robina Corporation, contributing expertise in maintenance, operations, and engineering management.
