Ervian Lao currently serves as the SURF and Topsides Delivery Manager at Prime Energy, overseeing the delivery of SURF and Topsides packages for an expansion project since April 2023. Previously, Ervian held the position of SURF Lead within the Prime Energy Project organization, managing subsea operations and ensuring the seamless integration of SURF activities. Prior to joining Prime Energy, Ervian worked as a Senior Subsea Engineer at PRIME INFRA from November 2022 to April 2023 and spent nearly a decade at Shell Philippines Exploration B.V. as a subsea engineer from April 2013 to October 2022. Ervian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman, completed in 2012.
