Cleome Barber is an experienced music industry professional specializing in A&R, publicity, and marketing. Currently serving as an A&R Manager and previously as an A&R Coordinator at Primary Wave since March 2021, Cleome has played pivotal roles in various companies, including Color of Music Collective as a Publicist, where efforts were focused on empowering POC and LGBTQ+ individuals in music. Additional experience includes consulting for Spark Music Group, interning at Columbia Records and Primary Wave Entertainment, and managing radio programs at WBAR: Barnard College Freeform Radio. Cleome holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a concentration in Pop Culture and Media Studies from Barnard College.
