Renate Martl-Wallem has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Renate started in 1994 as the Product Development and Customer Retention Manager at First Essex Bank, where they led the development of new consumer banking products and managed the customer retention program. In 1997, they joined Capital Crossing, a division of Lehman Brothers Bank, as the SVP/Director of Risk Management. During their tenure, they implemented a comprehensive Risk Management Program and developed company-wide policies and controls to mitigate various risks. In 2008, they became the Owner/Entrepreneur at Vintner's Cellar of Bedford, a franchise boutique wine-making storefront. Renate effectively managed all aspects of the business, including profit and loss, marketing, inventory management, cash flow, and sales. In 2011, they joined Admirals Bank as the SVP/Director of Operations and Information Security Officer. In this role, they oversaw risk management, compliance, technology, banking operations, customer care, security, and corporate services. Renate played a key role in achieving the bank's business objectives and successfully implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and operations. Finally, in 2014, they joined Primary Bank as the SVP/Chief Operations Officer and Information Security Officer.
Renate Martl-Wallem has pursued Hotel Management in Austria, studied at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and also attended Northern Essex Community College.
