Shah Rezwan Shawon, MSc, EIT, currently serves as a Junior Engineer - Electrical at Primary Engineering and Construction, where responsibilities include the design of 14.4 kV and 25 kV overhead and underground distribution lines. Shah has been with Dhaka Power Distribution Company Ltd. since June 2015, progressing from Assistant Engineer to Sub Divisional Engineer, while pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. Notable achievements include managing contract documentation, overseeing project expansions, ensuring compliance with engineering standards for substations, and leading customer service initiatives that resulted in significant savings from energy meter corrections. Shah also has academic experience as a lecturer at Green University of Bangladesh and Prime University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
