Mike Windsor is a seasoned professional in the engineering and construction sector with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as the VP of Ontario Operations and President at Primary Engineering and Construction since 2019, Windsor has held various leadership roles within the same company since 2013, including VP Sales, Project Management & Corporate Services, and VP Alberta Engineering. Prior to this, Windsor worked at ENMAX Power Corporation for over 13 years, where responsibilities included directing operations engineering and overseeing distribution asset growth. Earlier career experiences include positions at TransAlta and Hydro Mississauga, emphasizing planning and system control. Windsor holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, obtained in 1989.
