Michelle Zhang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retirement plan management and operations. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Schwab Retirement Technologies since January 2020, Michelle has held the position of Senior Director at Primark Benefits since 2009, overseeing PBRetire Recordkeeping. Previously, Michelle was the Director of Operations at Benefit Street (now Newport, an Ascensus Company) from June 2007 to February 2009 and served as Senior Manager of Plan Administration at Pacific Retirement Plans from 1996 to 2007. Michelle holds a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and is recognized as an ERPA, CPC, QPA, and AIF.
