Fred Lucas has over 16 years of work experience in sales and leadership roles. Fred currently serves as the CEO & Trusted Advisor at Prima Ressource Inc., where they work with CEOs, business owners, entrepreneurs, and sales leaders to help them grow profitable sales revenue and adapt to the changing sales landscape. Fred is also a Baseline Selling Certified Coach and Trainer, implementing a structured sales process based on the best-selling book by Dave Kurlan. Prior to their current role, Fred worked as a Territory Manager at ITW Performance Polymers and as a Sales Representative at MultiChem Inc.
Fred Lucas attended the École d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2019, they obtained several certifications, including the Canadian Professional Sales Association's Désignation de Leader en Vente Certifié and certifications from the Objective Management Group in sales force analysis, talent acquisition, and candidate evaluation. Additionally, in 2014, they received the Expert Entre Chefs PME certification from EntreChefs PME, le nouveau Groupement des chefs d'entreprise.
