Robert Taylor EngTechIMechE serves as the Maintenance and Facilities Manager at Prima Dental Group since June 2017, overseeing maintenance engineering in a high-volume manufacturing environment across three production sites. As the Lead Planning and Scheduling Engineer, Robert provides leadership to the Maintenance Engineering team, ensuring efficient resource management and timely completion of work schedules. Additionally, Robert has been an Engineering Supervisor with the Royal Air Force since October 2014, following a tenure as an Engineering Specialist that began in November 2003, where responsibilities included managing and maintaining specialist equipment and conducting safety-critical tasks for aircraft squadrons. Robert's educational background includes an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering from the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering and various specialized training programs.
