Joe LaPlante is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Project Lead at PrideOne since March 2022, Joe has previously held various leadership roles at 3M, including Plant Engineering/EHS Supervisor, LSS Black Belt, and Plant Manager, where tenure extended from May 2007 to March 2022. Prior to 3M, Joe was the Plant Manager at Innovative Paper Technologies, LLC, from November 2003 to April 2007, and spent nearly two decades at QUIN-T Corporation - NH in multiple positions, including Plant Manager and Process Engineer. Joe LaPlante holds an MBA in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
