Shabnam Karimi, MS, serves as the Senior Strategic Outreach Manager at Pride Resource Partners, responsible for managing marketing and external outreach initiatives. Previously, Shabnam held roles such as Project Manager for Marketing and Communications at MIG, where oversight of project teams, budget management, and execution of large-scale events were key responsibilities. Shabnam's experience also includes positions as Campaign Consultant for the Port of San Diego, Senior Management Analyst for the City of San Diego’s Office of Homeland Security, and Founder of Project Doable, which addressed global issues through community engagement. Shabnam began a career at the American Red Cross, leading disaster relief operations and training. Shabnam holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Science of Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, a Bachelor of Science in International Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University, and several specialized certificates in project management and emergency management.
