Bruce Bailey is an experienced professional in the aged care and financial sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Pride Aged Living since January 2017. Previously, Bruce held significant roles including Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and Non Executive Director at RSL LIFECARE LIMITED from November 2017 to March 2022, as well as Non Executive Director at Katoomba Christian Convention from February 2007 to June 2018, where responsibilities included Chairing the Finance Committee. Additional experience includes consultancy at RSM, advisory board membership at Afea Care Services Pty Ltd, and managing director positions at both Guild Accountants Pty Limited and Saccasan Bailey Partners. Bruce is well-educated with a Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Taxation Law from the University of Sydney, along with a Bachelor's in Financial Administration from the University of New England.
