John-Andrew Dueñas serves as the Sr. Director and Head of HR Information Systems & Payroll Operations at PRIDE Industries since December 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing HR information systems and payroll for a diverse workforce of 6,000 employees across multiple states and union environments. Prior to this role, John-Andrew was the Director of Payroll at SBM Management Services, LP, managing payroll for 13,000 employees across over 600 job sites, including international payroll operations. Earlier career experiences include positions at PRO Unlimited and 24 Seven Inc., where John-Andrew managed client payroll operations and led global payroll functions respectively for over 200,000 employees in 64 countries. John-Andrew's education includes ongoing studies for a Private Pilot's License at the Advanced International Aviation Academy, and degrees from California State University-Sacramento, Colorado Technical University, and Sacramento City College.
