Rodrigo Calvo has extensive experience in real estate and construction, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Construction at PriceSmart since October 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing the company's real estate portfolio. Prior to PriceSmart, Rodrigo held the position of Project Director at Capital & Development (now Portafolio Inmobiliario) from September 2001 to September 2004, focusing on residential and commercial real estate development in Central America and the Dominican Republic. Rodrigo's career in real estate began with roles as a Real Estate Representative for McDonald's Central America and Panama, as well as Corporación de Supermercados Unidos. Academically, Rodrigo holds an MBA in Finance from INCAE Business School and a Licenciatura in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
