Carlos Villalobos is an experienced IT Project Manager at Centauro Solutions since February 2023, previously serving as a Project Manager & Specialist in the Training Department at Amazon from October 2018 to February 2023. At Amazon, Carlos successfully managed a significant transition of Customer Service Agents, collaborated with high-level stakeholders, and expanded the Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA) specialty to include external Global Outsourcing partners. Additionally, Carlos held roles as Team Manager and Customer Services Agent, where achievements included driving team performance, implementing data-driven solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency.
