Emily Baker is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in process improvement and customer support. Currently working at Pri-Med since November 2019, Emily has extensive experience in managing requirements and implementing systems, having previously held positions at ThriveHive from June 2015 to November 2019 as a Business Analyst in Business Operations, as well as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and a Sales Support Specialist. Earlier professional experience includes managing Baker Peonies and assisting in marketing at Creativebrief, along with an internship at WAMC Northeast Public Radio. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Society and Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and has participated in a program with the Foundation for International Education.
