Giuseppe Giuffrida is an experienced Database Administrator at Previnet S.p.A. since January 2010, specializing in NoSQL MongoDB and RDBMS technologies such as Sybase and PostgreSQL, with expertise in high availability, replication services, performance tuning, optimization, and scripting in Bash and Perl. Prior experiences include roles as Figurante at Gran Teatro "La Fenice" in late 2009, as Impiegato in the Divisione Affari Generali from 2005 to 2008, and as a Software Developer at ISMAR CNR in early 2007, where contributions were made to the SHYFEM software using OpenMP and MPI techniques.
