Grace DeClue (Grzywa) is an experienced prevention educator currently working at PreventEd since July 2019, where responsibilities include presenting programs to equip students with the skills to avoid substance use, as well as managing scheduling and lesson preparation. Additionally, Grace has managed operations at The Malt Shop since April 2013, overseeing day-to-day operations, hiring, and social media engagement for the family-owned business. Prior experience includes a staff position with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where planning and leading activities for students was key, and a role as a student assistant in international admissions at Southeast Missouri State University, facilitating the application process for international students. Grace also served as a private family nanny, providing care and organizing engaging activities for children aged 9-14. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from Southeast Missouri State University.
