David Landess has extensive experience spanning over three decades, with a focus on military, government, and corporate leadership roles. David served as the Chief Executive Officer of Prevailance, Inc., where they worked to provide professional services to a cost-conscious world. David also held other high-ranking positions such as Chief Corporate Growth Officer, Director of Multinational Programs, and Director of Government Solutions. Prior to this, David was the Director of Plans and Policy and Operations at the Joint Guam Program Office, where they led and managed a $13 billion military buildup program on Guam. David also served as an Officer in the US Navy for over 26 years and held various leadership roles such as Deputy Director of Operations for Naval Forces Europe, Director of Training at Second Fleet, and Commanding Officer for Fighter Squadron 103. Overall, David has a proven track record of leading teams, managing complex programs, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with program costs, schedule, and performance parameters.

David Landess received a bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, which they attended from 1980 to 1984. Later, they pursued an Executive MBA at Troy University, but it is unclear when they started and ended their studies there.
