Carolina Marçal is a content designer and UX writer currently working at GRAN since September 2023. Carolina has been a member of PretUX since August 2020, contributing to diversifying UX teams and supporting the professional growth of Black individuals. Prior experience includes roles such as content designer at iClinic from June 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included user experience-focused content creation and usability testing, and copywriter at treble.ai. Additional positions encompass a marketing analyst at Feegow, where Carolina engaged in content production and SEO strategies, and a writing professor at Imaginie. Carolina holds a bachelor's degree in Portuguese Language and Literature from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in higher education teaching.
