Nadia Bengali has worked in a variety of roles across a number of companies. Nadia began their professional career in 2007 as a Paid Field Technician at Oregon State University's Department of Anthropology. In 2008, they worked as an Archaeological excavation Trench master at the University of Cincinnati's Department of Classics, and as an English Language Assistant at the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale, where they taught conversational English and American culture to French children aged 11-15. In 2012, they were a Marketing Assistant/Community Manager Intern at Hiving. Finally, from 2013 to present, Nadia has worked at Pretty Simple, where they have held the roles of Game Tester, Associate Producer, Outsource Manager, and Community Manager. In their role as Community Manager, they created original visual and written content across social media platforms to achieve a strong, visible online presence, and engaged in dialog with an international online community to build loyalty, promote new features/weekly content and address concerns.

Nadia Bengali obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and French from Oregon State University in 2007. In 2004, they earned a Diplôme de Langue et de Culture Françaises from Université catholique de l'Ouest in French language and culture. From 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Masters in Cultural Anthropology from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
