Chad Walton has a strong background in residential credit and capital markets, currently serving in a position at Pretium since September 2020. Prior to this role, Chad worked at Deephaven Mortgage from June 2014 to September 2020. An earlier experience includes tenure as an analyst at Gorelick Brothers Capital, where extensive research and due diligence on hedge funds were conducted, leading to significant investment decisions. Chad's contributions to the firm's REO to rental strategy involved detailed property valuations, tax analyses, cap rate modeling, and rehabilitation inspections. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Mathematics from Wofford College, completed in 2014, and is a graduate of Charlotte Country Day School.
