Philomène Bussy has a diverse work experience in marketing and project management. Philomène is currently the Marketing & Digital Director for Europe at Pret A Manger since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Starbucks from 2019 to 2022. Before joining Starbucks, Philomène served as the International Marketing & CRM Manager at Pierre Hermé Paris from 2015 to 2018, leading marketing strategies and trade marketing initiatives. Philomène also worked as the Western Europe Marketing Coordinator at Marks and Spencer from 2013 to 2015, where they implemented marketing strategies for both food and fashion businesses. Philomène started their career as an International Skincare Product Manager Assistant at L'Oréal in 2012 and as a Marketing Manager Assistant at Starbucks in 2011, where they gained experience in brand marketing. Additionally, they had roles as a Project Manager and Blogger at Synchronism in 2009 and as a Procurement and Supply Department Assistant at ETAM in 2008.
Philomène Bussy attended NEOMA Business School from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Master Grande Ecole degree in Marketing, Finance, and Management. In 2010, they also pursued a Master EAESP degree at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, focusing on Finance d'entreprise, Marketing International, Stratégie Marchés Emergents, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they completed a semester of study in International Business at the University of Derby from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a DUT Techniques de Commercialisation degree from Université Paris Est Marne la Vallée from 2006 to 2008, encompassing studies in Marketing, Communication, Management, Law, Accounting, and Negotiations.
