Matt Lovell has extensive experience in data, analytics, and insight roles. Matt is currently the Global Director of Data & Insight at Pret A Manger since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Data, Analytics & Insight Director at Eurostar from April 2018 to December 2020, where they built a central data team and established Eurostar's Data Strategy. Before Eurostar, they were the Head of Customer Insight, CRM & Digital Marketing at Jack Wills in 2017. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Thomas Cook as the Head of Group Analytics & Digital Insight, leading a team of professionals and driving marketing effectiveness and customer experience across multiple international markets. Matt also served as the Head of Insights at 4C Group & Top Right Group from 2012 to 2013 and as a Digital Performance Strategist at Arena Media from 2009 to 2012. Matt Lovell started their career as a Digital Account Director at BLM Quantum from 2005 to 2009.
Matt Lovell completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, earning an MChem, from the University of Oxford. Prior to that, they attended Trinity School in Nottingham for an unspecified period of time. Before that, they completed their secondary education at West Bridgford Comprehensive.
