Katherine Falk Carpenter is an experienced educational consultant and grant writer with a robust background in special education and leadership. Currently serving as an Educational Consultant at the National Center for Leadership in Intensive Intervention at Vanderbilt University, Katherine specializes in preparing leaders in special education to address complex learning and behavioral challenges. In addition to this role, Katherine has worked as a Development Associate and Lead Reading Teacher at Preston Taylor Ministries, contributing to fundraising strategies and enhancing reading instruction for K-5 students. Katherine's previous experiences include serving as Director of Engagement at Lwala Community Alliance and Project Coordinator at Peabody College's Vanderbilt Behavior Research Center, where Katherine managed federally-funded projects and developed interventions for students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
