Tom Needham is a seasoned property and plant & machinery valuer with extensive experience at Preston Rowe Paterson since January 2014, where Tom serves as Director. Prior to this role, Tom held positions as a commercial property and plant & machinery valuer from August 2009 to December 2012, along with roles as a residential valuer and assistant commercial valuer. Tom is academically qualified with a Master of Commerce in Property Investment & Development from Western Sydney University, completed between 2012 and 2013, and is an alumnus of St Ignatius College, Riverview, where studies took place from 1999 to 2005.
