Chris Stout has extensive experience in environmental health and safety, currently serving at Preston City Council since July 2019 as an Environmental Health (EP) professional. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Health and Safety Officer at JAMES HALL AND COMPANY LIMITED from September 2016 to July 2019, and worked as a Pest Control Technician at Rentokil Pest Control United Kingdom from July 2015 to September 2016. Chris's career began in the British Army, where from November 1995 to December 2015, responsibilities included providing guidance on food safety, health and safety, pest control, and sanitation in various global settings. Education was completed at Middlesex University from 2004 to 2006, with training covering all aspects of environmental health.
