Matt MacDonald is an experienced professional in the real estate and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Partner at Great Canadian Heli-Skiing and Managing Director at Erithmitic, Matt also holds the position of Principal at Cottage Avenue. Previously, Matt co-founded and acted as CFO for Ventoux CCM Acquisition Corp until its merger with Presto in 2022. Matt has held leadership roles including VP of Capital Strategy & Wellness Development at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and VP of Business Development at Miraval Group. Matt's career started with roles in real estate acquisitions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and project management at Blue Lime. Matt holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a BS in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of Denver.
