Veranika Yermakovich began their career at PressReader in 2012 as a QA Analyst, a role they held until 2014. Veranika then progressed to become a CRM Business Analyst from January 2016 to May 2021, before transitioning to the role of CRM Team Lead in June 2021.

Veranika Yermakovich earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno in 2006. Veranika later pursued studies in Accounting and Finance at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2012.
