Vinish N. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Director of Legal/Governance/Corporate Strategy at Presight since September 2022, Vinish N. focuses on the development and implementation of corporate strategy while ensuring compliance with governance programs across jurisdictions. Previously, as Executive Legal Leader at Alinta Energy and Woolworths Group, responsibilities included ensuring compliance with a wide range of laws and developing strategies for senior executives. Vinish N. has also held senior legal positions at Axi and SAP Concur, where expertise in drafting and negotiating various agreements was demonstrated. Vinish N. began a legal career at Clayton Utz after obtaining a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Sydney.
