John Griggs is a Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Presidium, a real estate investment, development, and management firm with an asset value exceeding $2.5 billion, since March 2004. Additionally, John serves as a Partner at Deloache Capital, providing financing for commercial real estate, and as the Proprietor of Tres Colline Vineyards, which produces fine pinot noir and chardonnay in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Milbank LLP, specializing in corporate and venture capital law. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
