Wendy Xa is an accomplished educational leader and finance professional with extensive experience in founding and managing schools, as well as driving sales in financial services. Wendy founded and currently serves as the Head of School at Terra Marin School since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Vice President at Transamerica Financial Solutions and Transamerica, where significant sales increases were achieved in mutual funds and variable annuities. Wendy was also Vice President of Investments at Sheaff Brock Investment Advisors, enhancing institutional sales through strategic relationship-building. Prior to this, Wendy founded Presidio Knolls School and served in various capacities at John Hancock Financial Services, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, consistently achieving top producer status and exceptional sales growth. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Mount Holyoke College.
