Avi Kopelowitz is currently a Project Manager at Preservation of Affordable Housing, having begun this role in May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Developer at Pennrose from January 2019 to May 2024, and as a Consultant at PRAISEN PARTNERS, where expertise in real estate investments, financial modeling, and market feasibility analysis was demonstrated. Additional roles include an Associate position at Carleton Energy Consulting, focusing on compliance with NYC energy regulations and efficiency improvements for over 1,000 buildings, as well as an internship at Sustainable Long Island in post-disaster economic recovery, and administrative support at FEGS. Avi Kopelowitz holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from NYU School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from Queens College.
